Beavertail cactus in bloom. Flowers seem identical to Prickly Pear. Probably related.

A very yellow California Poppy (plus a few bugs)

Desert Five-Spot (?)

Haven't figured this one out yet. Thought it was a large dandelion seed "blower". But after looking carefully, they are little white flowers.

Road up to Hetch Hetchy reservoir in Yosemite NP. At first we thought "Wild Tiger Lily"

But then some after research, I discovered it was a quite rare Leopard Lily.

Along side the road in Yosemite NP. Blazing Star, I believe.
