This guy was out walking in the fog, and has little droplets of water all over his hairy body. Larger than my hand across.

Tarantual Hawk. These guys go after tarantulas, paralyze them, and lay eggs in them. They pretty much ignore people. they can be up to about 3 inches long.

Jerusalem Cricket. Maybe 2 inches long. You can't see them here, but they have HUGE mouth pinchers.
